Unilateral epididymitis in a buck presented for routine semen collection and analysis. Ultrasonographic examination of the testes confirmed the presence of hyperechoic material in the cauda epididymis. Subsequent cytological analysis of the sample revealed severe, suppurative inflammation, and microbial culture yielded a mixture of Actinomyces honkongensis and E coli.
