Photograph, antique equine medicinal bottle - After developing a full line of homeopathic remedies for people, Frederick Humphreys then created a veterinary counterpart designed mainly for horses. Equine conditions they supposedly cured ranged from muscle strains and lameness to colic, worms, distemper, strangles, influenza, inflammation, miscarriage, mange, masturbation, tetanus, and impotence.
