Methocarbamol

Dogs, cats: 44 mg/kg, IV, up to 330 mg/kg per day for tetanus or strychnine poisoning; 66–132 mg/kg per day, PO, divided 2–3 times a day

Horses: 2.2–55.5 mg/kg, IV; 5 g twice a day
