Following two years of development, a new model for veterinary school curricula was introduced at the annual conference of the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges. The Competency-based Veterinary Education framework identifies “domains of competency” and “entrustable professional activies” and is designed to help colleges update their educational models using evidence-based criteria.
