Cervical spondylomyelopathy, dog, myelogram
Myelogram of a 6-year-old Doberman Pinscher with the disk-associated form of cervical spondylomyelopathy (wobbler syndrome). Note the tipping (dorsal deviation) of the craniodorsal aspect of the body of C6 relative to the caudal portion of C5 (arrow). Contrast within the subarachnoid space can be visualized in the cranial aspect of the cervical spinal cord and is disrupted caudal to the C5-6 intervertebral disk space.
