Hypertrophic osteodystrophy, radiographs, dog

Right carpal radiographs of a 3-month-old Boxer that developed fever, lethargy, and severe peripheral lymphadenopathy, along with swollen and painful paws. There is a paired radiopaque and radiolucent set of lines proximal to the distal radial physis. A less distinct radiodense line is associated with the distal ulnar physis. Soft tissue swelling extends from the distal radial and ulnar physes to encompass the manus.
