Orchitis, goat
Bilateral orchitis in a breeding buck presented for poor reproductive performance. Ultrasonographic examination of the testes (right) showed hyperechoic nodules and several pockets of fluid in both testicles. Fine-needle aspiration and microbial culture of specimens from the lesions revealed Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis infection.
