Retained ulnar cartilage core, radiograph, dog
Lateral radiograph of the radius and ulna in a 6-month-old Great Dane with retained ulnar cartilage core. A reverse "V" shape ("candle flame" sign) local radiolucency in the left distal ulna physis is evident and is pathognomonic for the diagnosis of retained ulnar cartilage core.
