Scope and trocars, laparoscopic insemination

Scope and trocars, laparoscopic insemination

Standard laparoscopic instrumentation for ovine intrauterine insemination, including a 30° rigid laparoscope with light source attachment. Two threaded trocars are used for abdominal entry and placement of insemination tools. This set represents one example of the instruments commonly used for laparoscopic insemination, but many different laparoscopes, trocars, and accessory tools are available. Veterinarians should select the equipment that works best for their technique and setup.
