Secondary glaucoma due to chronic anterior uveitis, horse

    Marked corneal edema, mydriasis, and focal posterior synechiae of the ventromedial aspect of the pupil are identified in the right eye of this horse. The intraocular pressure as measured by applanation tonometry was 47 mm Hg.
