75–100 mg/kg, IM or SC, every 5 days, then weekly for six treatmentsc

Enrofloxacin

15–20 mg/kg, PO or IM, 2 times a day

Metronidazole

25 mg/kg, PO, 2 times a day for 14 days for Giardia, Clostridium

Marbofloxacin

2.5–5 mg/kg/day, PO

Piperacillin

100 mg/kg, IM, every 4–6 hours

Pradofloxacin

7.5 mg/kg, PO, every 24 hours

Trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole

50–100 mg/kg, PO, 2 times a day
