    Video of microscopic examination of skin mucus from an arapaima (Arapaima gigas) infested with both Chilodonella, a facultative ciliate, and Ichthyobodo, a kinetoplastid parasite. Movement of the parasites is easily seen. Unstained wet mount; magnification, 40×, 100×, and 200×.
