    First part: Video of microscopic examination of gill biopsy sample from a pygmy angelfish (Centropyge argi). Cryptocaryon trophonts are seen both free of the gill and encysted in the gill tissue. Unstained wet mount; magnification, 40× and 100×. Second part: Video of microscopic examination of skin mucus from the same fish, with Cryptocaryon trophonts seen. Unstained wet mount; magnification, 40× and 100×.
