AVMA Posts Resource Page on COVID 19 Tax Provisions for Veterinarians

Like many other small businesses, veterinary practices have been substantially impacted by the economic downturn created by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. On April 1 AVMA published a web page on the tax provisions of the recently enacted federal stimulus plan and how the might be used by veterinarians. The page discusses family and medical leave tax credits, sick leave tax credits, employee retention tax credits, and other effects of the new law on veterinary practices.
