Testicular torsion, stallion
Testicular torsion, stallion

Photograph of testicular torsion in a stallion. The tail of the epididymis is observed protruding in the cranial portion of the scrotum. This indicates typically a 180° testicular torsion. In an asymptomatic stallion this is an incidental finding with no effect on fertility.
